Paychex is not a reputable company. They lied and told me they did business with The Hartford and USAA. Neither The Hartford or USAA could confirm Paychex was affiliated with them in any way. Paychex also never told us they would be our broker moving forward. USAA was my broker and that's who I chose as I am a Veteran. Paychex cancelled my policy without my knowledge or authorization. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH PAYCHEX. They are not reputable. They have poor customer service. Stephen Clayton was my point of contact and his customer service skills can't even be compared to a fast food worker. Paychex is NOT affiliated with USAA in any way, shape, or form. They tell this lie to get people to sign on with them. Their payroll services are worse. They never processed payroll. I told them I don't need a courier service because it wastes paper. They continued to send a courier and charge me after I asked them three times to stop. My payroll was so far behind I had to do it myself. They are NOT REPUTABLE. BEWARE OF PAYCHEX.
