I didn't find them to be very professional, friendly or attentive to my policies and needs. Mike is good to deal with, but the lady that works with him seems irritated by questions and is more condescending than helpful.

Super friendly, local, family owned, 2nd generation & they where able to get me lower rates than other local agencies with a savings of almost 50%.
