DO NOT RENT from this Budget location. The employees were all rude and unhelpful. We had reserved a car the day before. They open at 8am and we showed up at 10:30am and had to wait until 11am for an employee to show up. Three showed up at the same time, and without greeting us, they informed us they didn't have a car for us and they needed 72 hours notice. When we explained we had a reservation, they all mentioned that they knew we had one and it didn't matter. So they knew that we had one, knew they didn't have the car, and didn't bother calling me to let me know. Don't bother renting from here.

Reserved a car last night for 11 am pick up. Reserved it for this location because it showed that it had a convertible. We were headed to a funeral that was 11 hrs away and wanted a nice drive. Got there at 1030 to get our paperwork done, stood at the counter until 11 when 3 employees filed in and told us before asking us anything that they had no cars. We told them we had a reservation they said they didn't care they had no cars. Asked us what our reservation was we said convertible they said they needed 72 hours for that kind of reservation (this was noted no where when we booked and they were the only location showing they had a convertible). We also tried callibg them yesterday to make sure, we called 6 timez yesterday trying to talk to someone. Called Budget corporation who told us we booked through 3rd party (my credit card)and we needed to call them. I told them we were and that I wanted to make sure they knew how they're company looked. They said they could do nothing for us because there were no other budget locations where we were. Thankfully the car was going to be a nice to have and my car will be able to go the 11 hrs. Anyone who NEEDS a car should not rent from this place.

This was the first time we rented with Budget and we had a great experience. The staff was friendly and efficient. The car was clean and all ready for us at the appointed time. We were able to prepay and saved money by doing that and the rate was reasonable. We would highly recommend Budget.

Experience was very good. Rented a car for 4 days. Customer service was outstanding and the car was brand new. We made a reservation for noon and they were ready for us and we were out of there in no time at all. The return was just as easy. Would have no issues renting car in the future from the Budget Car Rental location at the Richland Mall.
