A Reason to Smile Dentistry

Ok, so I haven't had a new dentist in over 16 years, I had the same one since I was 14 until recently.. I had to get a new one due to other circumstances. Anyway, I just seen my prior dentist 7 months ago and I knew I need one crown.. this dentist just looked on my mouth calling off crowns I "need" $6000 worth of crowns... I have good teeth, my prior dentist has been in business for 20+ years and the other thing is that my insurance won't cover the crowns, so I'm sure it is just a way for them to make their money.. I won't be going back, I will get another opinion. Also the hygentist was spraying me in the face with water, didn't clean my teeth with tools, she just used water and then was polishing my teeth and got toothpaste in my hair and was like"uh oh" I got it in your hair, and do you think she wiped it out? No. The dentist was pretty rude and didn't have good "bedside manner" or whatever you call it for dentists. Called my insurance company and they approved me to get another opinion because I have good teeth and I'm not just going to fork out $6000 for unnecessary work. I had a tooth pulled when I was 15 and he tried telling me I needed a bridge...I'm fine, no I don't. This place is a joke, maybe they don't make any money which is why they have to do unnecessary work on people. Please beware.

This place is a scam!!!!!! They said I needed all kinds of work done and I thought my teeth where really good so I went for a second opinion and my teeth where fine I didn't need any work on them. The price they gave me to do the work I didn't need was twice the price other offices charged. I will be turning this place in to the better business bureau for sure. Another person I know contacted me cause I posted on Facebook and they wanted to pull all his top teeth...So he got a second opinion and he said the dentist pretty much said that this place is crazy!!!!! BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!! I can only imagine all the poor elderly people they are talking advantage of!!!!!! I had to give it a one star so it would let me post....

I've been here before when my teeth needed care. This is where I take my children too! This last time tho was awesome! I had broken & chipped a tooth last week. The whole entire staff was super friendly & amazing!!! I was seen rite away without an appointment. My x-rays on my tooth went quick. I wasn't even due for my cleaning & I was able to get that done. My tooth was fixed instead of being pulled & I can say the buissiness name suits them. Everyone here has definitely given me A REASON TO SMILE!!! Thank you so much to the entire staff!!! This is the place I will continue to go for my smile!!!! I highly recommend A REASON TO SMILE for anyone because I love my smile now!!!!

I got a root canal and several old fillings replaced here and have been very happy with the treatment. The root canal was almost completely painless and I had only minor gum irritation. I've liked all of the staff I've met so far too.

i am very picky about the Dentist I go to. I want to know I am more than just a paycheck to the staff. I LOVED this place. They are a small private practice with HUGE hearts! I felt welcomed from the moment I stepped into the office. The staff is FUN and friendly. They really listen to all if your concerns and answer any question they can! I will definitely be recommending them to everyone I know in the area!
