This place is ridiculous and dangerous if you can avoid, do so. My mother was admitted here for a stroke. I tried to stay optimistic thinking maybe it was just the ER that was horrible but I was terribly wrong. Only the second night she was there really concerning issues from the nurses come up. My mother called me late one night frantic and in pain stating her shoulder (which she had complained about earlier) was in a lot of pain. She said she had been hitting the nurse call button and yelled for help but no one would come. I stayed on the line with her for several minutes before finally deciding to drive up there. When I arrived there was no nurse to be found. I waited with my mom until I heard someone in the hallway and yelled she needed help. The response I got was "I know",then we proceeded to wait some more. The nurses were uncaring,I estimated a wait time from phone call till someone actually came into the room 25 minutes. Who knows how long it was before she decided to call me. Other inicidents followed, being left on bed pans too long, nurses taking their time to get to her, etc etc; you think after so many complaints from myself and mother they'd attempt to straighten up but no... it gets worse. I received a phone call one morning from the nurse saying my mother fell out of bed. How does a stroke patient who can only move half of their body and has the word "fall" plastered all over her door actually fall out of bed you ask? Well according to the nurse she "wiggled out of bed". Cause that's totally feasible. My mother told me a nurse sat her up in bed and walked away..then to add insult to injury while nurses changed shift the night shift nurse agitated with my mother unprofessionally tried to convince her she fell out of the bed herself. All these issues happened on night shift. There are good nurses and doctors there and people who do try to help, unfortunately the bad out weights the good. People need to be aware of what can go on here. ...Just an update as of late..my mother has fallen again in this hospital on the rehabilitation floor. 2nd time she has fallen... stroke patient, fall risk...call the joint commission on these people if you all have problems feel free to get in contact with me...another update my husband and father were in attendance during my mother's PT session, they push really hard for family members to attend a patients PT, which is great, except they asked my husband and dad to leave without explanation..my husband thought it was because they were talking. They weren't told why, or told to stop speaking ,so he's not entirely sure. Strange how a hospital pushes so hard for family to attend certain sessions, but kicks you out so quickly.

Went to ER to be seen by a doctor. I told the incompetent staff that it feels like my kidney. I was diagnosed with middle back pain. No xray was done. By the time they drew blood, I was being discharged with middle back pain. Tell me, how did you come up with this diagnosis when the blood test sample just walked out the room? This place is a joke.

Went in about 8am only in waiting room less than 5 minutes. Was seen by a RN and doctor in the first 20 minutes. Diagnosed and consultation really quick.
All together I was there less than an hour everyone there was great and curtious, overall excellent service!

Please explain to me why it takes over an hour for my pregnant girlfriend to get some water. While all the nurses are just in there stations and we can hear them laughing and having fun from our room. Meanwhile I'm going to cuss them out and get her some water because apparently that's to much to ask for.
