I have been a patient for a few years and have always been happy with my glasses. This time for whatever reason (I was actually given two different reasons, so I am not sure which it is), I could not see out of the first pair at all and the second lenses were better but not nearly the quality I have come to expect. I will go elsewhere next year.

I'm happy with the doctors and their service but as far as their prices for glasses I will never buy glasses from them again they tried to charge me just a hair under $500.00 out of pocket not to mention what they were to going charge my insurance for the same pair of glasses and they weren't even designer frames so they would have been getting $800.00-$1000.00 for a pair of glasses so this is why I rate them at 2 stars instead of 4 stars sorry folks but I work for a living can't afford your over inflated prices. There other places that offer the same service at a reasonable price sorry.

The doctor was great. He did a very thorough exam of my eyes and was very friendly, and explained everything in understandable terms. But the person who was to help me get my new glasses was a bit curt. And some of the policies, like charging me a $15 fee for using my old frames, which I previously purchased from Crystal Vision for a lot of money, were a real turn off. All they seem to carry are very expensive designer frames which I can neither afford or need even with my insurance. I discovered that I could get a brand new pair of glasses for about half the cost at Wal-Mart without using my insurance as compared to what Crystal wanted to charge using my old frames and my insurance. This seems crazy to me!

Excellent service. Husband was indecisive and probably tried on 40 or 50 frames. The technician working with us was wonderful, and never rushed him along. Also, one of the only centers that takes straight medicaid for glasses in this area. Recommend them highly.
