Kindred Hospital - Central Ohio

When our precious 84 year old mother was at Kindred Hospital Central Ohio in Mansfield, she suffered contractures in both legs, contracture in her arm and a sensitive skin spot turned into a stage 2-3 bedsore at her tailbone as they never got her out of the bed or did the necessary restorative stretching and moving her. They also misused Dillaudid, as it was not necessary at her age and frail state. It is not to be used with elderly patients with dementia, especially when she was full code status. She was very cognitively aware of herself and her surroundings. We would never recommend this facility to anyone as it should be closed down due to medical negligence and poor care. A single star was marked only because it is required. There should be none! May God protect and watch over the patients who are there.

Everybody here was really sweet and good to me. They got me anything i asked for if i was able to have it. The care i recieved was excellent i recommend Kindred to anyone who has to have a hospital stay.

There comes a time when a simple thank you is just not enough.
Today is the day when i say with all my heart to all of you thank you for
saving my life. thank you for all the love and care you have given to me and everyone under your umbrella.
Its funny how many lives are touched when one pebble is dropped into the pond of humanity. I will never forget any of you.
