I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich. It was very dry!! I went and told the manager.....nothing. so I ordered and paid for another sandwich. And threw the chicken sandwich away!! Won't be back

I've been there twice in 2 weeks walked in and ordered 2 crispy chicken sandwiches. First time it took over 11 minutes. I thought it was just a fluke. Second time it took just over 16 minutes. The next 6 customers that came I after me got served before me. Although everyone was cordial they have lost a customer permanently. I'll pay a little more and go to Wendy's. I've never experienced that slow of service at Wendy's.
