Told my boyfriend how great this place is and ended up extremely disappointed. First thing was the fact y'all got rid of the prime rib pasta!!!!! WHY? WHY? WHY? please bring it back!!!! Second we both got half rack of ribs each a side of Mac & cheese I had mashed potatoes and he got fries. They literally have him a kid portion of everything! Honestly he had 8 fries!!! My mashed potatoes were cold. Didn't see the waitress and she heard me say they were cold she immediately brought me hit potatoes and more fries when I asked. I was not charged any extra. She seemed a little stressed and just not in a a good mood.
This is my first bad experience with you guys. Yes y'all were very busy so I do understand and the waitress was awesome other than being maybe in a bad mood. Still left her over a 20% tip. O Charles just did not make a good impression on my boyfriend. Other than those three issues the food was great! I love O Charles but I doubt we will go back. Still have five stars because I love this place and it's been my favourite since I had it. He wasn't impressed and y'all got rid of the best meal in the world! PLEASE BRING BACK THE PRIME RIB PASTA!

SEATED AT A VERY DIRTY BOOTH!! Straws, paper, food on floor, stepped on rolling crayons while getting in booth! Asked for clean plates from the ones on table because they were covered with water (guess straight from dishwasher). Waitress took them. I saw waitress take top two she had just taken off our table wipe it off with napkin and put back on our table. Spoke to manager about the mess. Told her we wouldn't be back. She looked at me and smiled and said okay. WOW, guess eating in a pig pen is appropriate at Ontario, Ohio O'Charley's is normal, Disgusting! !!

Got the prime rib tacos and it was for better words... Bland. Tacos to me mean corn tortilla but these were soft bland floured dry shells. No taste, dry and bland. Over priced but service was good.

I travel a lot for work, and this place by far is tje worse. Service was terrible, food was overpriced and mediocre at best. The highlight of the night was taking the ketchup off the next table for my fries.

Popular place with excellent food and service. The house Margarita is very good and large enough to satisfy. Melissa is an outstanding server, just saying.
