I've worked on and off for Fun Center Pools & Spas since the age of 14 and I have to say it's one of the best jobs. Not only is there a great staff and environment but you get to offer products and services that put smiles on people's faces!

Had a great experience buying our Spring Free trampoline from Fun Center. Andrew and company were very gracious even when we had installation issues. They also dropped off to our door the extra pieces that were not originally in stock! Great experience and we love our trampoline!!! Thank you Fun Center!

Dishonest and unprofessional company! We purchased a new hot tub from the owners son and were promised a 5 yr. Warranty, Bluetooth capability and water delivery,we received none of that!
As soon as he had our full payment he became very unprofessional taking forever to respond to questions and answering with "yep,nope,thx"!
The owner delivered it uncovered with the top cover strapped inside the shell and powder and gunk inside the shell. He told me his son "forgot" to send our warranty info and owners manual and I was told to just run to the store and get it. I live 45 minutes away! He assured me our water would be delivered that day and it never showed up!
When we got our paperwork we found we had only a 1 yr. Warranty and no Bluetooth because the owner removed the audio system!
When I let them know about all of this I was given excuses and the run around until I finally contacted the BBB. That's when the owner finally contacted me. I made it clear I didn't trust them and wanted them to buy it back because it was completely misrepresented. He asked for proof of his son promising all of these things so I promptly emailed him my proof. After several days he tried to promise to fix it all but at that point I'd had enough and told him no I don't trust them.
He agreed to take it back only if they could keep $545.00 to cover chemicals and delivery! I was forced to accept it so I could get out of this hassle.
He brought his son to pick it up they both treated me like dirt and did not hand me my partial refund check until it was loaded and the truck was running!
Do not buy from Fun Center Pools and Spas of Mansfield Ohio they do not care about customers and would lie when the truth fits better!

After trying to deal with another local pool store I was referred to fun center pools and I couldn't be happier. I liked their no pressure approach and were very helpful with any questions I had (with never having a hot tub before I had plenty of questions). Their prices are very competitive and they have a wide selection to choose from. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a hot tub or pool. A special shout out to Angie and Mike for all of their help.
