The manager kept adding to the price and wanted to give me a 15 passenger van...for just one person...it got to where he was rude and refused to rent anything to us...saying we were rude to him... after he kept raising the price...do not by any means rent from Enterprise in Marshall, Texas...how do you jump from 214.00 to 500.00 and he is trying to convince us he was saving us money...We were evacuees from Hurricane Harvey...not a good way to treat people...

I have been very please with the service at Enterprise .Mrs Quay Antoine been very profession and nice to her custom and always have a smile.

Manager was sweet. But the vehicle was filthy, the air pressure low in the tires, and a red warning light was on for the airbag. I had to immediately take it to the next enterprise up the road for service which took time. In the end they cleaned it but could not get the airbag warning light off. And they had no car to replace it. Sigh.

The staffs are very friendly and tries to help you anyway possible. My son has recently joined the Air force so we have been traveling a lot and I feel very comfortable traveling with Enterprise. Thank you staffs for giving me one less thing to worry about.
