I love them.. I had 5 teeth pulled I was in pain for that lil time but the next day I was fine no pain. I just got some dental insurance and I'm ready to go back to see them. I hate the dentist but I LOVE THIS PLACE AND THE STAFF ...ALL OF THEM ARE SOOOOO SWEET!!😊

PROS: The staff is very friendly
CONS: Lied and didn't handle business professionally. They told me they put in an authorization to have my daughters wisdom teeth surgically removed and after two weeks, they said it was still pending. I personally called the insurance company only to find out that they lied to me about it pending and the office never called the insurance company as they told me they would. So, my daughter is still in pain and no authorization after all this time. I have scheduled with another dentist and will not be returning to Choice Dental.

My Mother-in-law just recently had a horrible experience with this practice. She came in looking to have a tooth extracted because of an infection. After waiting a ridiculous amount of time she was taken back, barely spoken to, given way too much nitrous (laughing gas), they slapped the topical on real quick and then pushed to the injection very quickly, failing to stop when clearly asked to stop.
I work in a dental office as a dental hygienist. She was not explained the procedure. She was not warned that the injection may be painful regardless of topical. And the dentist pushed the injection quickly. My mother-in-law is a very nervous patient and was in a lot of pain. When pushing anesthetic near a nerve that can be painful on its own. When pushing it quickly on an infected tooth, that can be extremely painful. If this Dentist had taken the time to get off her phone and speak to her patient about how nervous she was and explained that the injection may be painful, my mother-in-law may not have had a panic attack and run out of her office. Not to mention she was in so much pain from that injection afterwards that she had to go to the emergency room, thinking she was having a stroke!!!
I am extremely disappointed and ashamed that Dentists like this are allowed to practice. To get their production. Make that money. And patients are made to suffer through their half-ass dentistry and painful techniques in order to go faster and see more people. I will be filing a formal report for bad bedside manor.
