I love this place because it is so clean. Rooms are large. Nurses are so helpful and nice.

I am so unhappy with one of the Doctors office that is in this Hospital. We have been at this Doctors office for about 10 years. My husband and I are not sickly people. I got sick and call to make an appointment, they told me sent I have not been in in 3 years I am a new patient. We went in and did the paper work, they told me they would call me when they get the o.k from the Doctor and than set me up a appointment. That was on a Wednesday. I call Friday and she still did not have the Doctor's o.k. I called back on Monday they said got the Doctor's o.k to be he's patient, wish we had been already we thought, they said she would call me after she got everything updated in the computer, They called me Tuesday and said my appointment was going to be Thursday. I told he I need to see the Doctor before that!!! She said I needed to is Dr. Pham , first. I said why can I not see Terry the PA, that is who I have all ways seen, They said no I need to see Dr Pham first, I told her I was sick and needed to get in, I was sick, mad and I work out side so I was really miserable, I hung up on her. Later that Day I called back and said I really need to get in can I get in earlier, she said no, I hug up on her again, I may not of handled this well by hanging up on her but I should not have had to go through all of this to see my Dr. I called back to see if the Dr, would call us and she told me that Dr, Pham was no longer our Dr. So no he would not be calling us back because he does not call people that are not his patients. I was sick for 3 weeks body hurt all over, my head hurt so back it felt like it was going to explode and I lost my voice. It is pretty bad that when your sick you need your Dr, they say O well. I know this is kinda long but did not know how else to do this. So if you need a Dr, at this hospital you can forget it.

I really liked the hospital and the whole staff as they greet you when you walk-in. The gift shop is run by the volunteer's known as the pink ladies.

My wife delivered our baby here! We received great service and care!! We were from out of town and we are still so pleased with how we were treated that we talk about driving 1+ hours back here to reliever our next! Great staff and care! I highly suggest their labor and delivery staff and care!!
