This company shows me no bad vibes! They are nice and polite reps. They send me on my email receipts and copy of insurance card without problems. They mail the origionals to me with 5 days.
So far, no issues. My husband and myself have no grievances with this company.

I purchased Insurance through Phillips Insurance 116 N College St Waxahachie TX 75165. The renewal notice claimed to have been sent from Louis A Williams & Associates has not and did not arrived. An email renewal notice has not been receive by myself. Phillips Insurance is not answering phone calls "from me". I find my self without auto insurance. After finding this review, reading the reviews I'm shocked to discover the 100% negative responses. It sounds like I'm the lucky one to have not received a renewal notice. Don't be a sucker.

Horrible!!! Glad these jokers don't work for me! As if being involved in an accident wasn't bad enough, I had to go through dealing with this! Its been turned over to the state of Texas now though...since they refused to pay for a rental car and are refusing to finish fixing my car!! If you're shopping for insurance I HIGHLY suggest looking elsewhere!!!

horrible service- a customer of Louis A williams ADMITTED TO FAULT - she hit my car and Louis A Williams insurance along wtih Marshall Contractors Adjusters have denied to pay the repairs for my vehicle they have been completely rude and un-helpfull --- this company is a complete sham, thiefs -- Tammy ext 436 is the most unproffresional person you can speak to and hung up on me.. absolutely horrible service----

They will take your money but not provide certificates when requested. I would be VERY careful about dealing with this company. They cost me $1000 for their policy but couldnt / wouldnt provide certificates when requested and that cost me money from the general contractor that I was working for. After 4 months I dropped them and went with another company and I'm still getting letters from them wanting more money! I paid everything up to date and after dropping them they want more? But they couldnt provide me with a simple service as emailing a certificate? I have contacted Tx insurance board and requested re view. we'll see if anything happens.
