Working with pharmacy staff via drive thru window is disastrous. I worked with a woman today that did not know how to work the records system and instead of asking for help from another member of the pharmacy team, she said she couldn't help me.
I had to call another CVS so they could walk a member of the Marshall pharmacy team through the record system.
Attempted to submit a complaint to the pharmacy manager. She is unconcerned and unable to effectively communicate because of the archaic speaker system.
Worst CVS experience. There is a Walgreens across the street. Recommend transferring there.
