The Staff has changed for the worse. Inside the kitchen area is a mess. People standing around. Looking. I dont know the rule about sweeping or moping is. But somebody needs to get it done . Want it my way . Maybe if you get the right person. Pre ordered my fries before i placed my order, yet the boy cook refused to follow what was told to him by the cashier.. so seven min after my placed order did he Drop the fries. Leader had to tell him yet again. Looks like I wont be having food there anymore. Plus again WHAT HAPPENED TO FLAMES COOKING MY SO CALL PATTY..?? So are they placing in microwave and bring out the tray with patties water and all. Not COOL.. . 2 stars because so.e staff do their job and well, and some are trying.. I can say I did see 2 or so people with the gloves ON. NOW Lets change them OFTEN.

Bathrooms clean. Service good. Soda was bad
