Went through the drive thru. Asked for sweet tea, and received a Coke, did not get silverware, and asked for tartar sauce and received coctail sauce. Please is very disorganized

Very good service, fast , go thru drive thru at least once a week and service is always fast, employees very friendly

Cynkynie had bad customer service skills, she rushes through the customer, doesn't quit interrupting, can't listen to the order whatsoever. Gave me a brown rice instead of brown gravy mashed potatoes. Chicken tenders were too cold, not hot at all, and put way too much ice in my Dr.Pepper. I think Cynkynie needs better customer service training.

I love this chicken. Their red beans & rice are so good that theirs is the only one I will eat. Their biscuits are really good too.

Personally, I love Popeye's. Every time I've ever eaten at one, the food and service have been great. This one is the exact opposite.
The woman who took my order seemed to bark orders more than take them. I ordered a large drink, and got a medium drink without my straw. But it didn't matter, the Dr. Pepper was so flat and watered down I threw it out. As I sat next to the window, I listened to the woman half talk half yell at the poor soul behind me, who just wanted some chicken. She then handed me my food without a word, even after I said "Thank you, have a good night." The only good thing about my visit was that they actually got my order correctly.
I can say I won't be eating at this particular Popeye's again.
