Very slow service. Waited over 10 minutes for drinks. Finally got the house margarita which had no alcohol in it. Their mixed drinks tasted nothing like alcohol even after ordering different drinks from their menu. Their food tasted exactly what you think food from Applebee's would taste like.

Was never greeted when we walked in. No one else waiting and lots of empty tables. Was finally acknowledged and seated. Too many workers talking and standing around. Waited 15 min before we got our drinks. Didn't get silverware until 10 min after food even after repeated requests. Found out it was busy due to a festival so gave them benefit of the doubt. Food was good. Manager should disperse customers and servers better. Our waiter seemed overwhelmed and working more than other coworkers.

I've never been an Applebee's fan and was truly surprised when my family visited one night, rather late. The place had a steady crowd and there was a few minutes to wait for a table. We were seated within 20 minutes. The crowd continue to grow, even at 10:00 p.m. The hostess was cordial. The tea was great and our food was great! Hot and fresh! Very nice manager. We called her over to compliment the cook. We will be visiting again.
