My friend and I are at this restaurant and I must say the female manager was very insensitive. I complain about my entree and she tells me “that’s how we make it and this will be my first time taking this off”. I’m like honey, this visit will be my FIRST AND LAST visit at this restaurant!!!!!!!

Will not be back. Food has always been okay but tonight I ordered a drink that I have gotten multiple times before and it was not good at all. I took a few sips and tried to get it taken off my bill and the manager refused. Had to pay for a drink I didn't even drink 1/10 of. This is not the first experience like this I have had here and management always refuses good customer service.

I highly recommend the sushi and chicken fried rice. If your craving soup I recommend clear soup,SO GOOD!!!!!!!!!

Worst Sushi in the Memphis area!! It was stale, and the flavor was awful!! The hostess was also extremely rude!! Never experienced this before at an Osaka's!!! From now on, it's Cordova or Olive Branch!! They are both 100 times better with a much better atmosphere!! #horrible
