Great food, fab staff. Stayed next door at Doubletree so it's handy for breakfast and evening meals.

Rude waiters and long wait. We asked for more sauce and my coworker began to explain what was wrong with her food. He told her to stop talking and explaining and just tell him what she wanted. So rude. Meanwhile he waited on a table of another race hand and foot.

If you guys could have seen our faces after literally waiting 43 minutes for my Jack Daniel's sampler and my husband's Jack Daniel rib meal. The customer service was ok but the time frame in which we got our food was horrible. I asked for the Manager on duty. The individual never came to our table or even acknowledged us. Six other parties who came in after us receive their food literally between 10 and 20 minutes before us. Thanks TGI Fridays for the worst experience in dining. Our waiter offered to discount our ticket after agreeing that several times came in after us. He claim he put our order in before they arrived. We didn't go to TGI Friday's hoping for half decent service, late food, no refills or offer for a additional beverage, we went for the hope of a relaxing fun date night. No one wants a discount, we just want to pay for great customer service, delicious food and a peaceful environment. Don't waste your money or time on this place. There is a Texas Roadhouse, Firebird, Red Lobster, Bahama Breeze, Hooters, Cheesecake Factory, Chilis, Logans and tons of other options! Good luck and spend your money were they at least care about your time!!!!

First time at a Fridays. Service was slow. My food (2 sliders and cheese sticks) was cold when it came out. I requested no onions and they were covered in onions. I had to request twice for my coke to be refilled and she brought me diet. The whole experience felt neglectful as my server Janeesa interacted with me twice. Taking my order and dropping off my bill. I strongly recommend not stopping here for a meal.
