Tonight, I called in a delivery order that eventually was delivered 2 hours later. When I called to check on the order I received excuses, blame and no responsibility or ownership. The food was dropped off at the wrong location and the driver just left the food and walked away. A Memphis police officer told the driver he couldn't just drop off the food and leave. The driver was rude and mouthed off to the officer which ticked him off pretty good. I called and told the manager that I wasn't expecting a free meal but wanted to make her aware of the situation so that it wouldn't happen again (she did apologize but continued with the blame and excuses). The food was fantastic and warm. Unfortunately, I will not be calling them for delivery in the future.

Always a positive experience. Clean,quiet reasonable. Excellent salad bar. Sandwiches plentiful. Once a week customer. Good value.

I got the pastrami and it was good, but I think they missed the brown mustard that I ordered on it. However they did my side wrong - I told them fruit and it came with chips. However after telling them this they promptly gave us a fruit bowl.
My girlfriend got a veggie wrap and it looked awful. Just raw spinach and mushrooms loosely contained in a wrap - it fell apart the moment she picked it up. She was not happy.
We ended up getting the salad to-go. The salad bar was nice and offered a lot. The free ice cream is a nice touch as well.

Jason's has the best range of deli type food in Memphis. Be careful however as the portions are large. I figured that 1/2 a sandwich is enough with chips. There is also free frozen custard in vanilla, chocolate or swirl. Save room for a bit of that.

Great salad bar, though they recently removed tuna and chicken salad. Recently went and there wasn't any cottage cheese on salad bar, and when I casually inquired, the manager said they were out but would go get some for me, and he did, which was impressive! Great salad bar, though a little pricey.
