While vacationing in Memphis, I decided to get my long gray hair cut and try a totally different look. June gave me a beautiful haircut! I had a picture to give her an idea of what I wanted to try, and she expertly fulfilled my wish. I also appreciated her gentle touch and overall soothing demeanor. I would recommend Dabbles to all (really fun interior!), and June as an excellent stylist. Enjoying my new and carefree hairstyle!

I went in with very specific pictures of what I wanted. June, did not pay any attention to what I wanted. The back of my hair turned out fine after a few hits and misses on how long the layers should be, but she did not cut my bangs properly. They were completely uneven, too thick, and I had to ask her to line them up multiple times. She even told me at one point that she thought they looked better uneven.. When I went home and parted my hair properly there were several pieces that were shorter/ longer than they should have been. At least she was nice. I called the shop the next morning to come in (the receptionist is an angel) and she quickly scheduled an appointment for me to come in and have my bangs trimmed again. The second lady, Jacqueline, was extremely rude. After telling me my bangs were too long, she told me she just needed to thin them and trim them. She then argued with me that there was nothing different than the picture and that the first lady didn't do anything incorrectly. I did not ask for straight bangs, but that is what I ended up with (minus the gaps.) She also rudely informed me that I was not supposed to be parting my bangs in the middle. Obviously I know this, but I have a chunk of bangs on one side that is really short and right next to it towards the middle my bangs are longer. She stopped and asked if I was happy with it. It still looks bad. I told her it was better than it was and thanked her. I tried to keep my cool but this experience was worse than the first. At least June was polite. All of this to say, I do not recommend this salon and I will not be returning.
