Hair Design School

I went in to get a basic shampoo and flat iron. My hair is naturally thick. My stylist had to flat iron my twice, because it was still thick. She flat ironed it again and it looks as though my hair hasn't even been touched. I was very disappointed because my instructoror nor did the receptionist ask if I enjoyed my services. My hair was so thick that I had to put it in a ponytail because it looked as though my hair had just been rained on. Needless to say I will not be returning to this location EVER! The staff lacks customer service for sure. Since, I had already been there for three hours I told her not to worry about doing anything else, but I definitely have to go home and redo it myself.

The reason y i love this place because it can help me alot on what im tryin to do in life. And thats why i chose to come here so I can learn more at this school and become a good beautician one day and have good clients comning to me.
