So grateful to know there is a place like this in the neighborhood. Our trip to the emergency center was not one we were looking forward to as our beloved Doberman, Bagheera, was at the end of his time due to toumers on his liver. He put up a good fight, but at about 4am, Friday morning we found him unable to stand due to swelling, and not wanting him to suffer we brought him into the center. The staff was very kind and handled our emotional situation in a very professional manner (and, while it was not something that mattered to is at that moment, the cost for their service and our dog's cremation after was unexpectedly low for an emergency center). I appreciate the staff being there when most people are still sleeping, they even sent us a sympathy card after. Thank you all, you will be recommended by us to anyone who needs emergency veterinarian services.

HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! I took a stray there , I have done this in the past. The normally try to get a rescue well, I found one and they contacted the people the very next morning they had allready killed him. He was not that bad at all . They didn't even give rescue a chance to be found , they are some sick individuals and the chic with the. Lie hair told me not to go finding anymore dogs that night. These are some sick bitches !!!!!

They killed the poor dog immediately!!!!

I picked up my 15 year old German Shepherd from boarding, he was covered in cuts and scrapes and couldn't walk. We took him to Animal Emergency Center. The people there were so kind and took him in right away. We ended up having to put him down. All the staff, including the Dr. were very nice and compassionate to us. Thank you for your kindness in a very sad time for us.

If I could give them less than 1 star I would. Last night I had to surrender my cat because he had broken his foot and I could not afford the surgery. I was told that the last thing they would do is euthanize him and that they wouldn't do it over something like a broken foot. I was told they would try to get him into another shelter before anything else. I called this morning to get an update and the lady who answered laughed at me for even calling. She then told me they had put him down because they didn't want to pay for it. I am very upset and I regret ever taking him there. He was perfectly healthy other than his foot and the sweetest thing. He did not deserve it and I hope these people pay immensely for what they have done. If you are about your animals or animals at all. stay far away from this god awful place.
