We went in on a Friday night at 6:30 with the place about half full. This place just has a few more kinks to work out before it becomes a good. The menu prices are a little high which is fine but you need to make sure your speed of service and quality of food makes up for that. We waited quite a while for our food (4 meals, and told the server we had a plane to catch in an hour) and when it came out it was not served hot which was disappointing. That usually tells me it was sitting in the window for a while. The server was friendly but seemed very busy so that might indicate a staffing issue. Anyways, good environment, but the high prices with slow service and luke warm food, I probably won’t be going back.
Response to the owner: Thanks for the reply. We will give it another chance sometime later to see the improvement and would be happy to update my review then.

We were in there on a non busy night. 10 people tops in the entire place and we waited 20 minutes to get seated then after ordering it took about an hour for our food to come out! Only two burgers and one salad! Ridiculous. Will never go there again for the price and the wait time it's ridiculous. I give it another 5 years before this place goes out of business with how slow it is. It's good but not good enough o be worth the wait. I can't imagine how long it would have taken if I ordered a prime rib or something. It's a damn burger! Doesn't take an hour to cook two and throw a salad together! Ridiculous.

My wife and I had excellent brunch meals this morning. The biscuits and gravy ranks among the best I've had in Boise, and I've had experience with biscuits and gravy, being a transplant from Georgia. My wife's egg dish was great, as well: the creme sauce and bacon were a great match. We'll definitely be back!

NOT READY FOR PRIME TIME... overpriced beer; food was good but took about 45 minutes to show up. Server said to my wife, "well your food is up but don't know where your (my) hamburger is!"... wife's food was served "not hot". We went to eat and ended up ordering an extra $8.00 beer to hold us over while waiting for food. The place was not full, and it was a weekend night. We won't be going back. Too many other options closer to home that are as good, and FAST. Sorry Bbl 55.
