My entire family and I have been going to Basic Dental for 5 or 6 years. These are nice, professional people who provide excellent care. The place is low/no frills, so don't expect a fountain in the lobby, but prices are the lowest I have found in the Treasure Valley and the care is topnotch.

Yes my experience was good... efficient... and inexspensive...but then, I only had a cleaning once and a tooth pulled ;)

I found Basic Dental after being constantly “up-sold” by other dentists. The staff is kind, caring, and professional. The services they did was fine (I don’t know how you can brag about dental work). The prices are extremely fair. They provided me several options for my root canal and explained the cost/benefits associated without pressuring me for the more expensive procedure. This is not the place to go to if you’re looking for a “Spa/Dental” experience but the office is clean and professional. I’ll definitely be going back now that I have found a dental practice I can actual trust.

The work I had done at basic dental was mediocre. The crown did not fit as well and the procedure took much longer than at other clinics I have been to.

They contacted my insurance company to determine what my out of pocket cost would be and I paid in full on the day of treatment. They contacted me this week for the first time since the day of the procedure......... that was 3.5 years years ago.....telling me that I owed an additional few hundred dollars. My insurance paid their part; I paid mine, and now they are threatening to send us to collections if we don't pay. Sketchy business principles and mediocre care.
