They are wonderful every time I go there. They offer new patient packages which include whitening for life. They have online scheduling which is a must for me. The front office staff with wonderful and very prepared. The dental hygienists and assistants and skillful and kind. They explain what they are doing and what they see. They make sure you know proper techniques. Dr. Shipp is really great and listens to all your concerns. I would recommend this office to anyone!

Bristol Heights is the best in the valley. The dentistry work is superb. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Very passionate about making sure we are well taken care of. My kids always have a great experience.

My wife (Jackie) and I have been going to Dr. Shipp and his hygienist
(Amber) for over ten years and we are very pleased with the services rendered by Dr. Shipp and his staff. I would highly recommend them to anybody looking for highly professional and friendly dental care.

I'm somewhat of a stickler when it comes to service, and the presence of or lack thereof usually makes or breaks the whole experience for me. The whole environment in this dental office really helps you relax. The employees genuinely seem like they love working there and more importantly, are happy to see you when you come in. The office is really modern and just gives a natural premium feel. The hygienist that worked with me was very kind and professional, giving me tips, and advice, while she efficiently worked. Dr. Shipp came highly recommended and he did not disappoint. He pointed out all sorts of options i could choose from versus the usual "one size fits all," approach. In short, it was really nice to find a dental office where you genuinely feel appreciated. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for dental work.
