Very understanding about my anxiety, they listened to me, they were patient, they got me right in, they even did the filling the day I came in for new patient exam and cleaning so I did not have to come back. Also they helped educate me on gum and tooth care without making me feel like I was an idiot. They "sonic" cleaned my teeth and it was mildly uncomfortable, nothing like the painful cleanings if the past, I think dentistry has entered the 21st century! Very pleased with my experience.

DO NOT USE THIS DENTIST. I went to this dentist because this is what insurance I elected for. They told me I had 8 cavities and that the stains on the front of my teeth (which I got from my braces in high school) were messed up fillings that they needed to fix. They rushed me to get in as soon as possible and something didn't seem right so I went to a dentist on base and a different dentist in town to get two separate opinions and I have ZERO CAVITIES. This place is a rip off trying to do unecessary procedures to get money out of people. I'm just glad I was smart enough to get more opinions before following through. Needless to say I changed my insurance solely so that these people couldn't try to screw me over again.

I have always had major anxiety about the dentist. Some bad childhood experiences made me so afraid to go. I hadn't been to a dentist in 5 years before going to Willamette. I was so scared because the last dentist I saw told me I would have to have some teeth extracted. At this office they try very hard to have you keep all tour teeth. From the x-rays, cleaning, fillings, provisional crown and to the wisdom tooth that was pulled yesterday, every person I came in contact with or worked on my teeth were amazing. They even fixed a chip on one of my front teeth that i didnt even ask for, they just suggested it because it was covered. No pain. They are so understanding about my anxiousness and work with me on scheduling. I am moving out of state and I am so sad because I actually am not afraid of going to see anyone there. I love Willamette and I would recommend them to anyone!

They did a great job, my hygienist Mary was fantastic! She was very thorough, gentle, and did it fast enough it was never uncomfortable. Dr. Dixon did a great job and my teeth are sparkling I was in and out in an hour. Thank you guys! Great service.
