My experience at Cole Diagnostics was awesome. This place is different than any other lab that I've experienced in the past. I was able to meet Dr. Cole - he was genuine, kind and down to earth. His staff members were so sweet to my young daughters that were there with me. When it came time to check out I was expecting my bill to be around $200-$300, but it wasn't even $100. Point being - they offer extremely affordable testing. So, after having such a great experience there, I wil definitely be using them in the future.

This company's billing department are extremely unprofessional and rude. I received services with my Dr and he did a biopsy. apparently they sent this biopsy to Cole Diagnostics. My Dr's claim was processed just fine. However, I received a call from Cole and I had no idea who they were. They called me and asked for my personal information and insurance. I let them know that I do not give out this information to a 3rd party company. If my Dr did indeed submit this to them, then they need to call my Provider. and get my information. They refused and called me two additional times and threatened to bill me. This is not how you deal with submitting a claim in this situation. Most people don't give their personal info over the phone with a "provider" with all the scams going on. This provider refused to call my Dr and refused to call my insurance. I received a bill with a note stating they have exhausted all avenues to file my claim. Pure unprofessional and laziness on their part. One phone call to my Dr would of resolved this matter.
