I have done two research studies with Advanced Clinical Reseach. The staff was professional and responsive to any questions or concerns that I had. My phone calls were returned if I had to leave a message and the staff always called me on the day a phone call check-in had been scheduled. I feel great being able to contribute to research that can help cure diseases.

There is a study I want to be apart of, I called and no one answered so I left a message . Did not receive a call back, so I called again, got a specialist who Said I needed to talk to one lady but she wasn't there, so I left a voice mail on her specific line. Then a different lady called me, and I missed the call, so I called back right away she didn't answer so I left a voice mail. I didn't get a call back so I called today and neither one answered. It's really hard to get ahold of these people.
