Staff seems very nice in person but have not been helpful in any way once out the door. I have had multiple tests over the last month and NO ONE has attempted to contact me with results. I have called multiple times asking questions and seeking assistance but have not received a return call. The worst part is that I am still having serious health issues and the staff here does not seem to care.

I saw Dr. Story first for a colonoscopy and endoscopy. The dr was so late that his staff was nervous. Then at the follow up appointment, he was obviously distracted, looked at his cell phone multiple times, did not listen to me (I had to repeat things) and then I found out he put erroneous information in report which was sent to my primary care provider. He needs to get whatever is happening in his life resolved so he can provide quality care to the patient.

Our insurance covers one colonoscopy per year and does not require a referral. This office billed our insurance $1000 which was paid and then billed my wife for an additional $822. She called for an explanation and was told that was a facility charge. They also said we would have received a call from the billing office prior to the procedure explaining we would be charged this amount, this never happened. On the bill we received the explanation of activity states this amount represents your deductible. Since when does a providers billing office determine what is applied to a patients deductible?
We called and disputed the bill with the office and where told they would get back to us, it's been 3 weeks and no reply.

Was put on hold forever to make an appointment. Finally just hung up after 20 minutes . They are obviously understaffed. Also it says you can press one to leave a voicemail which doesn't work. They also do not have the ability to email or make a connection electronically. They do everything through the US Post Office. I never got my instructions in the mail as they said they would give me. They also could not tell me what my procedure would cost. They just sort of blew me off saying it'll probably be covered just wait-and-see. I am going to seek a different provider. These guys are obviously not customer oriented

I liked nothing about this office. I was sent incomplete paperwork to fill out. Dr. Witte was never part of treatment. Remember these are "specialists" and you must be referred to them. My first and only appointment was with his nurse practitioner. They never did the correct, professional, proper medical action by having me see the "specialist" Dr. Witte whom I was referred to. Nurse practitioner was rude and did not listen to a word I said. Their paperwork was inadequate for medical and family history i.e. no question on lung cancer. The nurse practitioner ordered more blood work, duplicating many that had been done in under 30 days $$$$. After 11 days of NOT HEARING the results, I called. The receptionist gave me the results after I had left 2 messages for the nurse and nurse practitioner. They ordered an additional test at my request and again they never called me on the results. I called and this time it was the office manager who called me back. Since then, they've done NOTHING to treat me or help me with my disease.
