My 87 year old father was to have blood drawn at this location due to the closeness to his home. Order was faxed from doctors office several days prior. He shows up for the draw and is told there is no order. He goes home & calls Doctor, they call and "Yes, we have the order right here. Send him over." Off he goes. Again they can't find it. I go over there and after 10 minutes scurrying around the order appears. A Week later new orders are sent over and THE EXACT SAME happens. An 87 YEAR OLD MAN is driving all over the countryside to get the actual paper order because the people at the Treasure Valley lab in this particular location can not be bothered to call the doctor.

Apathetic, uninformed or just plain lazy, I'm not sure what, but definitely not professional.

My 2-month-old daughter & myself were recently seen here. Our insurance changed, so our primary care doctors changed, too, & we were assigned to doctors at this location. I have had a great experience here so far. I've had two appointments for myself & one for my daughter & every time, I've been very happy.

When we arrived for our first appointment, I was informed of where the coffee, tea, and water, bathroom, and specific waiting room could be found by the receptionist - I didn't ask for that information, so I was very impressed. The receptionist was also very friendly & greeted us with a warm smile. We were seen on time, something which has rarely happened anywhere else, which I appreciated.

The only doctor we have seen so far is Autumn Freeland. She has been super friendly & very knowledgeable and her nurse is nice & funny! I want to say her nurse's name is Tammi, but I'm upset with myself for not being 100% about that...I love that the people here actually have a bedside manner. Dr. Freeland does speak rather quickly, but hey, she gives me all of the information I need & it seems to allow her to see her patients on time, so no complaints there! She always makes sure to ask if I have any questions & answers them thoroughly, if I do.

All of the staff here has been really playful & great with my daughter. Shots are no fun, but they get them done quickly. They were also very helpful & offered to hold her or do certain things with her to help me out during my portion of the appointment.

Dr. Freeland knew exactly which tests to do to determine the issue with my wrists. Within a minute or two, she identified the issue & was able to refer me to a specialist.

I am very happy here.

What a scam! Brought my daughter in this morning for tummy pain....you send me to the emergency room to get imaging done. Emergency room doesn't do anynimaging or blood work...she gets sent home to get anti nassea pills....my $20 co pay is now a $300 emergency room co pay.....frick'n crooks!

I would rate zero if possible. As a new patient they took 8 weeks to "review" my records and see if I am worthy. Still no appointment. I am done with this place. I called 6 times and nobody will call me to schedule - what a customer service nightmare and waste of time.
