Went to the Meridian location today with pink eye! Talked to 4 people! Everyone was quite friendly and efficient!! In and out 30 minutes!!

My experiences here have just been awful and i highly recommend that if you are thinming of coming here, go somewhere else. When i had a temperature of 105.3 i came here and they told me to sleep it off and take 3 ibprofen everyday. If i was in my right mind i wouldve walked out of there and would have gone to a st. Lukes or anoy other place other than this one. I have also been waiting for an xray of my shoulder to happen, but it has been quite a while. I could have done it when i came in to see if i could get an xray but the "doctor" was too lazy to do paperwork that wouldve taken at most an hour to get my xrays but instead she set me up with an appointment. Now they keep rescheduling because "they dont ahev enough time" dont EVER come here if you are in serious condition

The worst experience I have ever had. My mother is suffering with something in her eye. Don't know if it is an infection, or a foreign substance. Went to this joke of an 'urgent care' facility. The check in person could not say if the we're an in network provider for her insurance, still we checked in. After 10 minutes we were brought back by the most apathetic nurse I've ever seen. Questioned lustlessly, then deposited in an exam room. There were a total of three patients, including us, and we were second in line. My mother, who's 85, sat in considerable pain for over 45 minutes while the patients were treated and left, still she was never seen and we walked out with zero treatment. Leaving me to take her to an emergency room at St. Lukes, where I knew she receive competent care.

Beware this facility. I would avoid it at all costs.

I have taken my yound son and myself to this urgent care several times in the past year. We have always had great service and I highly recommend this clinic for urgent care and other medical services. Staff from front desk to MDs have always been kind and caring. They are very knowledgeable and treat appropriately. Urgent care or ER can have long wait times that is how it goes so you need to be patient. Last visit a few days ago i was there before opening at 8am and out by 845am, but i have had a couple of visits that were 2 hrs.

I went to this Urgent Care in December 2015 and as I came in with stroke symptoms the triage nurse took my temperature and blood pressure and said we don't treat strokes you will have to drive 22 miles to our hospital. I guess I am lucky they allowed me to use their wheel chair to get to my vehicle. I am from California so I was not familiar with the area so my father called my sister who lives here. She said "no there is a closer hospital". So I had to have my family member drive me to the closest hospital. I'm sorry but in California (where I'm from) an ambulance would be called to take the patient to the closest hospital. They are lucky I lived and no damage was done by the stroke because that was a very bad risk to take on my life. I will never go to this Urgent Care if I have a medical issue again here.
