I have been going here for going on 3 1/2 years and the care is getting worse! They are rude and dont care about their patients as they should! I hear more about their own wants and feeling more than the care and help im their to get! It's always something! Then when they dont want to handle your care they will move you to the next doctor without notice! I have not spoke to my surgeon since before my last surgery 3 years ago! In need of a better spine care and pain management doctor asap!!!

We came here 7 months ago, my husband was in excruciating sciatica nerve pain. It was affecting his daily life and work. Everyone in the office from the front desk was very friendly every office visit he had.

We ended up seeing Dr Bradley and his assistant. After the xrays and labs he had surgery on his spine. His surgery was at West Valley, the hospital and staff was great, surgery started on time. They came out and told me everything that was done and I knew he was in good hands.

Dr Bradley is an amazing surgeon, he cares about his patients, and his assistant is a wonderful great guy.

His nurse, is funny, good natured and makes you feel at ease. Dr Bradley and his assistant took the time to explain the surgery and outcome. The after care my husband received was great. They listen to their patients, they care about their patients here, they are all wonderful talented surgeons and staff. We have never had a problem with anyone here.

I'm sad to see the negative reviews because we never had a bad experience.
I would highly recommend coming here, it's no fun to live your life in constant pain, they can help you get your life back before the pain.

Horrible doctors here. They only seemed interested in making money off me by giving me expensive injections that they didn't know would even help me or not. Then when my husband came here for something completely different, they did the EXACT same process with him that they did with me, as if they follow some sort of protocol to get the most money out of people rather than helping each person individually by giving them the treatment that they need tailored to their specific health problems.
They aren't interested in helping you, diagnosing you, or treating you. Worst doctor's office I've ever been to and I have literally seen every single doctor here on staff with the exception of one doctor that started working here after I stopped coming. I would say that I don't know how they stay in business... except I know exactly how they pay the bills.

I've been a patient on and off for a few years at the spine institute and am always impressed with the friendly staff. They've always been able to get me in quickly when I've needed to be seen and both surgeries I had went smoothly. Dr. Manos is a great doc and have been very impressed with his attentiveness, I've recommended many friends to him and will continue to see him for any of my back needs.

I am so incredibly thankful for the care I received over the last 6 months at Spine Institute of Idaho. Dr. Bradley is very talented, caring, patient, thorough and an incredibly skilled surgeon. When I found out I had to have surgery I did a lot of research and got multiple opinions. I highly recommend Dr. Bradley to anyone that needs spine or orthopedic surgery. He performed a 2 level disc replacement on my neck/spine that was a complete success. The physical therapy team is also amazing, Molly is the best… personable, thorough, very caring, but most importantly really good at what she does from my pre-surgery to 5 months of post-surgery physical therapy. I know I wouldn’t be where I am without her. I referred friends that have also been very pleased with their care. About a year ago my 21 year old son saw Dr. Beth Rogers for a back injury and he had a really good experience, she was very thorough and he hasn’t had a problem since. Every time I called or used the portal to ask a provider a question I got a prompt response. None of the providers ever seemed like they were in a hurry and I always had their full attention which to me is also very important. Their administrative staff even helped me deal with my insurance company multiple times. I am hoping I never need spine surgery again but if I had to hands down I would go to Spine Institute of Idaho.
