They added someone else medical history/diseases into my chart when I was in the ER and it went out to all my doctors and insurance and now they tell me it's my responsibility to fill out forms that they will "review" to get it fix if they deem it appropriate? Stay away from this hospital, just don't go, oh and the ER nurses are horrible, forgetful, rude and unprofessional.

When I compare this hospital to the care I received at a highly rated hospital, St. Luke's ranks at the very bottom. The pre-surgery preparation was a joke, the written disclosure as to the specifics of my surgery was completely inaccurate, the testing done prior to surgery was incomplete, the record of my surgery was incomplete and failed to disclose the unnecessary surgery undertaken by my unqualified St. Luke's surgeon, the irreparable lifelong injuries I suffered were never reported and there was no accountability. The hospital made substantially more money by removing a normal part of my body. It could not have been worse and I am suffering and will suffer all of my life for what this incompetent hospital and their incompetent doctor did to me. The doctor and hospital should pay a fine and pay restitution to me the victim, but instead their only response is silence. You and your family should stay way clear of
this sub-standard hospital. My advice seek out experts if you should ever need surgery, travel if you have to.

Everyone was very professional and efficient. The team working with me from the beginning of my surgery to the end worked seamlessly together. I think Dr. Carla Smith is an awesome orthopedic surgeon and I feel blessed to have had her as my surgeon!

I have been admitted 5 times since May 1 2017 thru the ER and the ER STAFF DOCTORS & NURSE'S have been very professional and caring ( with the exception of 2 nurses) I only wish I had gotten their names. Compared to St. Luke's in Boise -Meridian is my choice. I will NEVER AGAIN go to the ER In Boise because of the way I've been treated in ER on several occasions. The Doctors who treat you while a patient leave a lot to be desired-in both locations.

Abdominal cyst ruptured. The ER had me booked up on morphine within minutes.
Surgery the next day and a 4 day stay.
Excellent facility, spotless room. From the ER people to the surgeons, nurses to the cleaning crew, everybody was kind, attentive, friendly, thoughtful.
No clue why this hospital would only have 2.8 stars ??
I just moved from LA and I am so thankful that this happened in idaho and not .CA
