Dailey Insurance was recomended to me by a friend. I am so glad I gave them all my insurance needs. They have gone above and beyond. They have been my insurance agent for several years now, and I wont go anywhere else!

I met Luisa Dailey through my dad when she was with another company. I waited 3 yr to transfer with her when she open her own company Dailey insurance been with her for 5 years. My whole family has been with her for a long time. When i broke down and was aline on the side of the road she stayed on the phone with me until the tow truck showed up. I believe she went the extra mile to make me feel safe. I believe she a very good agent if she fines a cheaper company she let me know and give me that choice to change. Dailey is to me one of the best agency and i recommend her to anyone.

Worst Agent I have ever had, took she took my payment over the phone and but did not run it at the time I gave it to her and she wrote it down wrong and when it did not go through due to her entering in wrong credit card number she did not bother to call me at all she let it go over due then cancel so I had no insurance until the company sent me a letter and when I called her she said it was not her responsibility to make sure the payment went through. I could not believe what I was hearing her say so she took my information and wrote it down wrong and she is my insurance agent and when she tried to run the payment and it told her that something was wrong it was not her responsibility to call me and make sure she had written it down right. I was estonished by how rude and snotty this agent was when it came to her fixing something she did that put me out and have a lapse she would not even call Dairyland to fix it or get payment through I had to do it She is by far the absolute worst person I have ever had to deal with in any situation from any company.
