Steve is extremely knowledgeable and knows all the ins and outs of a very complicated system. All the paperwork and deadlines are very daunting. Insurance is crazy and changing every day but Steve helped me sort out all my options in 2015, 16 and pretty soon 2017.

When my husband passed away, Steve explained all the insurance options for myself and my daughter. He still goes out of his way to help me understand all the craziness going on in Washington.
