horrible experience- I was with them for 5+ years then I moved, down hill from then on.
Don't change anything in your life, like move, buy new car, rent out your old house.
They cant seem to connect the dots, when you say you are buying a new house in a different state that you are moving there. Naturally you want all of you policies changed to be that mailing address of the new house....
I had the bank tell me my insurance got dropped not a email or a phone call. Just a letter sent to an old address. They had always just renewed it....What changed.....?
Even on the new house policy they sent letters to old address.......
Done with them, all new insurance company!

They saved us so much money with our insurance! I was worried that might reflect how they handle claims, but not at all. When we had to file a claim with our car getting hit, they handled it quickly, paid for repairs without delay and then went after the person responsible. We ended up switching our life & house too! Highly recommend them!
