First of all, the staff is great. They have always done everything they can for us customers. The staff get 5 stars. The bank however is a flat 1 star. Their systems are terrible, ATM deposits that used to go through instantly now only get posted when a live person physically takes the deposits from the ATM and manually enters them,. And first interstate only allows this once, maybe twice per day. I've had a ton of issues with my online account activity as well and it not keeping track of my purchases. I seriously lost my paycheck funds for a whole holiday weekend. No thanks and sorry guys and gals I side , again you are great.

This bank took over from Bank of the Cascades. They were not ready at all. They have no records from BOC and told me that their website was not capable of transferring the info. The new website is not as good as BOC.

This isn't specific to this branch. I was told by customer care that I should have my previous account history, from the Bank of the Cascades time, by the first of September. They're still not on there, and when I called customer care again, I was told that the information is no longer available.
In the course of the transition to yet another company, they also took my free account away and are charging me for the privilege of using my money if I can't maintain a minimum balance. They're penalizing those of us who already are already just scraping by, by lowering our balance even further. Does anyone know of a bank that still has no charge accounts?

Just took over our account from Bank of the Cascades (they purchased BOC recently). This is the most incompetent transition I've ever experienced. They can't even get the basics right (call back when they say they will, send an e-mail to the correct e-mail address, put you on hold for less than 10 minutes prior to talking with a person)
I'll be surprised if their retention of business customers is very high. Once I can get a user name and password, we'll be gone!
I guess there is no ZERO star option, so I'll give them one.
