Very good at handling and taking care of the fraudulent charges on my account. Woke up the morning of my birthday to find my account had been drained to all but $2.00. Drove to Chase and by 1pm all the money was back in my bank. Thanks Chase! U guys rock!

Very rude teller... I was paid for doing some work for a friend with a check drawn off of a chase bank account. She told me that it would cost $8 to cash this check. It was B.S. she claims that every bank does this. I know for a fact that most do not. I understood that this was the policy established by the bank but she didn't have to be rude about it or insult my intelligence. She kept saying things like "you are wrong, every bank does this, and I have worked here for 16 years etc." Well news flash lady I cash checks at the bank that they are drawn off of all the time and I have never paid a fee. In fact they give me a pitch about why I should open an account with them. I will never bank with chase and after telling my friend, he is now closing his account of over $600k over an $8 fee and a rude teller.

Do anything you can to stay out of the branch. Their job, God bless them, is to get people into debt and they're willing to say and do whatever it takes to get you to borrow.... this bank is also locally run by LDS church members at its regional and district management level. Stay away. Go to credit unions much better service.

I worked with their mortgage banker, Jillian Wright. It was a wonderful experience having someone local to deal with. She was always available (even after banking hours), extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the process, and even helped us close 2 weeks early working around my hectic work schedule. A great experience and I would definitely recommend her.
