Went here last night with my wife and brother and his wife. We had a great time playing group games in the arcade. We even made enough tickets to bring small treats home for all the kids. We will be back.

We love bowling at big al's but our experience last night was very disappointing. The lane next to us was drinking a lot and getting out of hand with swinging the ball around. So much so we were worried about someone getting hurt. When we informed the management they didn't care, more important to them was the amount of money they were getting in alcohol sales. We ended up leaving before our game was finished. Think twice before going on a weekend if your just looking for a fun time without the obnoxious drunk people next to you, Big al's doesn't care if you do.

it was to be a wonderful night for my family and my grand daughter who was just turn 4 years old. .. but that quickly changed with the attitude of " Brooke" her rudeness and very poor service and her lets say resting b.. face.. made this night no fun,. at least 2 times my granddaughters mom told her that it was her birthday. she ( Brooke) never even said happy birthday or acted like she acknowledged her... kids love their special day and she made it very unpleasant, the next thing you know the birthday sundae was at the table before we even had out food or drinks and i cant tell you how many times we asked for silverware so we could eat after we finally got to order. Everyone that was helping seemed to not know what the hell they were doing. I finally had had enough and went to look for a manger, his name was Ryan, I wasn't the most pleasant person by time I found him, as I was upset the night was ruined. He then explained that they have had problems with this Brooke lady in the past, I then suggested that they get rid of her, all he said is he would talk with her and take care of us, well all he gave us was free bowling passes... WOW i didn't want things for free at all I wanted good services is all I asked for but he was persistent in giving me free meals and bowling.. . He told me he was going to take are of the table and yet we still had to pay for all the stuff which is fine we were planning on it anyways but dont say you will take care of it then go back on your word. so in the end I will NEVER go back to Big Als. I was so displeased with the services we got and the end result. As far as the passes I will donate them to a ride or something as I will never use them. This place seems to need some work on services and prices as well.. way to expensive for pub food.
