People at the drive-thru have some nerve. What attitude! They get so irritated if you accidentally mess up your order. They give you ice for soda, but not iced tea?? (Only the drive thru) and inside, the floors are so sticky. Atleast they clean them at the end of the day

I don't think I have ever had a group of people at the window all seem to hate their job so much. I am normally a very patient and non critical person but their level of irritation at someone ordering a big order makes me not want to go there again. When we would ask for something like a drink carrier they acted frustrated that we didn't just want to hold the 6 drinks...

Order wrong and then given wise ass attitude at no extra charge. The young man thought I was being rude to the cashier, so his response was to be a wise ass. Probably by a cop someday.

I love their self-serve drink machine ... soooo many choices! So far only Burger King seems to have this soda machine (that I know of) but I'm hoping others will follow suit.
Burger King has brought in new chicken sandwiches such as one with parmesan and marinara sauce (yum!) and now one with buffalo sauce.
