Always amazing food. Always great service. Great employees, suoer friendly. Clean and neat. Be prepared to wait in a line around lunch time. Popular place to eat.

Food is great when they get your order right. They are so busy trying to go fast they almost always make a mistake if you don't watch them. I would rather they slow down just a little and get the order right. You also have to tell them like 4 times what you want because they are not paying attention. It has been like this for years and lately only gotten worse. Service is getting bad enough we may scratch this place off our list.

We love the Handmade tortillas warm and fresh! My favorite is(er-was) the Salmon Tacos, but now they are off the menu😥. They were out the last two times I went anyway- It was my whole reason for going, ah well. The Horchata is the best in town and I like the hot sauce selection by the sodas.
It's usually pretty clean. My hands always get messy and there is usually a line for the (one!) restroom! There is usually a line to order but it mostly goes pretty quick. It did take me 45 minutes once a long time ago, that was the longest time ever.

Never a bad experience with Cafe Rio.
Staff is amazing and the food hits the spot every time. Portions are great for the price. No complaints here. If you haven't ever been here. Go there now. I mean right now. You know you wanna. Go ahead, your taste buds and stomach will thank you.

All around disappointingly experience. Employees socialized when making food and didn't get order right. Food was chincy and tasted too salty. They charged me an extra dollar for salsa on my chips and salsa. Restaurant was dirty. Was too pricey. Kitchen was messy and food was spilled everywhere. Won't go back. I'm not a big eater but my meal was not filling and I feel like a second order at a different restaurant is necessary.
