This place had the best brisket that I have ever eaten. The owner was super nice, and would freely talk with you. I live in Michigan, but when I am in Boise/ Garden City, this will be my first stop!!!!

I love this place, and have been a regular for years. I've had more barbeque from Twin Falls to Canada than is probably recommended for a healthy diet. This place, without a doubt, is the best BBQ in Idaho. They win that title by a landslide. I realize what's different; it's that they don't serve you dry meat and have you put on the sauce. By them cooking it with sauce, it makes it come out without zero dryness. It is basically just soaking for hours in its own juices and sauce. We go every Saturday, the tri-tip is my favorite. They do pork belly on game day, which is amazing. Treat it like a snack, not an entree, it's very rich since it is belly. I usually get a pound and share. Whatever you get for a sandwich or ribs, make sure you get dry rub on it (aka, dirty... I get 'layered dirty' on my sandwich to get extra awesome). I also had them cater my graduation, which was very easy and pretty affordable for what I got. I got a ton of tri-tip, smoked pork beans, and bread for sandwiches. Ended up feeding like 40 people and paid less than $300. Going there today for a tri tip sandwich and pork belly; game day!

The ribs are amazing. The chicken is smoky and delicious. The tri-tip it filling and juicy. I love it all. Best barbecue in Boise.

Wow!! We have found our go to bbq place! The meat was so tender and flavorful. The staff was nice and friendly. We will for sure be back!

Don't let the roadside location in Garden City fool you, this place is amazing. Everything is good. And cheap! I can feed my husband and myself enough food for two meals for about $20. So. Good. Can't say it enough. If I could make one change it would be that they had potato salad. But seriously, if you haven't been here you are depriving yourself of the best BBQ in Idaho I have ever had. Seriously.
