They were not prepared for business. We had lunch reservations, but they were not ready for us. Finally got seated and received chips and salsa sometime later. However, we had no silver and nothing to drink. Waited a very, very long time for drinks to come and even longer for food. When the food finally arrived, it was Luke warm to cold. there were two wait staff to handle the entire lunch and they did a their best, but we're totally overwhelmed... not a good experience!

Terrible.
Our chips were stale so the chef refried them in dirty oil. I tried the chips with the salsa and beans, and it just made it worse. The salsa was tomato paste with chili powder and the beans were definitely from a can and had a skin of some kind on them. I eventually got my food and it was worse. I got chicken flaughtas and they were fried in dirty oil so the ends were black. My colleague got an enchilada and it was sitting in a puddle of grease. Another colleague of mine got an enchilada as well, but with chicken. They chicken was grey and the whole plate was full of grease. Everything was overpriced and disgusting. The only good things were the soda and the waiters. Don't eat here.

We love Southwest Mexican and this is great. The chili rellenos are perfect. Friendly and the salsa is excellent.
