The service was excellent, Stevie was vary friendly but was still efficient to all of her stations. The food is great! Best beef ribs I've had since I was last in Texas. The portions were excellent. I am a big eater, normally I eat what most restaurants sever for 2 people. Stevie said that what I ordered was enough for 2, I thought I was good. Lol 1st time in a long time I had to ask for a Togo box.
I will return again and recommend it to everyone.

Poor customer service!!!! Male waiter with dark brown hair, and purple ends. Only two tables to wait on and couldn't take an order for an extremely long period of time. Too busy with himself, doing nothing. Then argued with the patrons regarding their orders. Didn't bother to have manners, or customer service skills.

Excellent food and service. The servers are always super nice and fast. The food we have tried so far have been delicious and you must try the loaded mashed potatoes!

Bad experience! The bartender was also a server, was impolite and rushing us to order. We ordered salad before our meal and it was brought out after, server/bartender didn't seem to care!

Eaten here 50+ times in 13 years, and I have never been disappointed with food. Service is usually excellent. Prices are more reasonable than most BBQ places. There tea always hits the spot, and there sides are amazing, especially the potato salad. Please add a location in Eagle.
