We have been using this IHOP for 8 months now on a twice a month basis. Staff are always pleasant, food is fast and hot. Really like the place. Will keep visiting!!

Came here on a Sunday at 11:30am. Place was jam packed with people of all sorts; families, elderly and everyone in between. The staff was good at managing the chaos. Took a bit for food to get to my table, but this is understandable. I'm knocking this place to two stars because of cleanliness of the restaurant (especially the bathrooms), or the lack there of, and the poor quality of the food served. The International House of Pancakes' pancakes are not that good.
Came here on a Sunday at 11:30am. Place was jam packed with people of all sorts; families, elderly and everyone in between. The staff was good at managing the chaos. Took a bit for food to get to my table, but this is understandable. I'm knocking this place to two stars because of cleanliness of the restaurant (especially the bathrooms), or the lack there of, and the poor quality of the food served. The International House of Pancakes' pancakes are not that good.

Well, I hopped. Not impressed. The one star is for the server chic. She had too much to do. Not enough help. No refill on my water. Ordered an omelette with mushrooms, spinach, n bacon. It came out a scramble with a tiny sprinkle of bacon. The server did fix me up with 2 pieces o bacon, but still. My meal was $13, at IHOP. won't b back .

2 stars only because the red velvet pancakes and sprinkle pancakes were BAD ASS!!!!!!
The host who greeted us asked if we wanted a table, I asked for a booth, and he ROLLED HIS EYES AT ME!!!! Like it was inconvenient to find us a booth - even after I said we'd be willing to wait until one opened up. He showed us where the table was, said here ya go, half threw, half slid the menus across the table and LEFT!!! Seriously?!?!
8 minutes before someone greeted us. Another 5 before we got our drinks from the server. 26 before our food arrived. Forgot to refill drinks. Forgot my son's fruit bowl. Didn't bother with the ketchup - had to go find that myself. Missing silverware. No extra napkins like requested. Not even 10 minutes after dropping the food off, and not bothering doing any of the above^^, dropped off the check and said "have a good day". Haven't seen anyone since. Would've loved a to-go box!
But I really love those sprinkle pancakes!!!!
