The food has always been satisfying and great quality. I always get delievery- every time I've ordered the food has arrived hot, organized, in a timely manner, and the containers are clean. I will only order Chinese food from here!

Animal cruelty. We have eaten at Joy Garden countless times but all take out. When I actually went inside I found an overstocked fish tank with one large Red Oranda goldfish that was obviously being eaten alive by the Comet goldfish (all scales missing and tail shredded). The manager, Sam could care less and refused my offer to buy the poor thing. I can never again eat there in good conscience. Just because it's a fish doesn't mean it can't feel pain.

Just as I wanted. What I consider "traditional" menu items the way I remember them. Old school. Not fancied up just for sake of fancy.

Pleasantly surprised! I came in around 7pm and had the restaurant to myself. Very good food. General Tso chicken was cooked perfectly. Most places burn it. Definitely will be returning.

The gal who waitresses is a hustler! We have seen her running sometimes to get orders to people. It was a slow night last night and as soon as we ordered and she turned it in we heard the grills sizzling. It was nice to hear how fresh our food would be. We are always on the look out for good Chinese food and we have found our favorite. The price is right, the place is clean. The food is super good. Our favorite is the special chow mien. We have never had anything like it before. I would highly recommend it.
