Los Betos Mexican Food

I have given this place a try many times with the hopes that it will be better than the last time, but it isn't. Something is wrong with the way they make their Mexican food here. Every time the food is either flavorless, the cheese is raw, or fried products are burnt. I have eaten at every "...os" imaginable on the West coast, and Los Betos is the worst of them all. I really hope that they can find the missing ingredient, because this type of fast food is usually my favorite.

Went here today, and got the usual only to find that all of my orders were wrong. Two out of the three were cold, and the other one was the wrong one. This place really disappointed me.

Update as of 10-28-2017:
They seem to have taken feedback well... Or gotten some new staff. We've gone here a few more times recently, and have been impressed. Food is no longer cold, and overall service seems to be up. I'll leave my review as 4/5 stars so they don't forget...

Been to Los Betos many times in Nampa. I've never had a problem. Love the food!

I am sitting here inside the one on Eagle and Franklin. I ordered a burrito and asked to have it cut in half with one half wrapped to go.

We received our order, sat down, and my burrito was not cut. I took it back to the counter and asked the same cashier to have it cut and one half wrapped to go again. She argued with me that it was cut in half (it was not)

I asked her once again to cut it in half and wrap half to go. She brought the whole thing back to me cut, but not wrapped. I asked her why it was not wrapped and she said the could not do that for me. Really?

I told her that was ridiculous and to please wrap my burrito to go. She came back with 1 yellow sheet (which did not cover the whole thing), a paper bag and made me to it myself.

Seriously, the customer service in this place sucks. The attitude was just childish. The owner should be made aware of this. If there was a "Contact Us" someplace, I would have done that.

Super unimpressed! Terrible customer service, if you could even call it customer service...zero personality! Greasy food, and we've gotten either sick, or had sour stomachs after eaten here too many times...something is wrong here. This place sucks, and so do there employees. It's like they've gotten comfortable with how much people rave about their food, and now they serve bad food with mediocre service. It used t be good, and now not so much! Too bad. I used to like it here, but not anymore!

I've been here several times in the last year while passing by Nampa. Always had tasty, fresh, and hot food. Service is fast and friendly. Menu selections are extensive. What else do you want? The prices are fair for better quality homemade food you could pay $5 more a plate for a nicer dining restaurant plus tip but the food wouldn't be any better. I'm very surprised by the 3.2 rating, that's ridiculous, Mc Donald's or Del Taco are 3.2 this is at least a 4+ -if you notice most of the negative reviews are for bad service at least 1 yet ago, I've been coming here for the past year so i can't say if it was that bad back then but i can say I've had great service the 6 or 7 times I've got good here in the past 8 months.
