Massage Envy - Meridian

I wanted a light relaxing massage for my birthday but was put with a therapist that had a harder pressure. He tried to adjust but it was not relaxing. The massage was a week ago and I am still sore and have had a headache all week from the neck work he did. Price isn't that great because you need a membership and things like aromatherapy are extra. I will be going back to the Spa where I usually get massages.

Terrible experience. My husband and I were celebrating our 5 year wedding anniversary by treating ourselves to our very first couples massage session. We booked in advance and they even confirmed our appointment ahead of time and congratulated us on our special day. We booked our time for first thing in the morning (the only time available that day) and arrived at 7:45 am just like they asked. When we got there they said we had no reservations and they had no where to fit us in the schedule. After more research they realized they actually booked us for the NEXT Saturday by mistake. They never made it right and didn't accommodate us either, the girls didn't even act like they were sorry for the mistake. We checked out of our hotel room very early that morning to get there on time, so the whole situation was frustrating. We left the spa extremely disappointed... they don't have any openings during the week, and we still don't have our session rescheduled. I'm not sure if we will be going back.

I've been pretty nervous to get a massage but I decided to get one after my back was killing me and so I had decided to come to this one for my first massage session. I was surprised at the amazing customer service I received from the second I walked in, I also can't even begin to explain the great massage I received by chantel. She did a great job which made me sign up, now the clinic manager by far was the greatest customer service I've ever encountered. I work in customer service so I know what I look for and she most definitely has the best service out there. She was so sweet and helped me with every question I had. I left as a happy customer who will be returning back frequently. Thank you for being such a great and caring company!

Oh my goodness!!! Where do I even begin?! THEY WERE AMAZING! I went to see them 12/9 fairly last minute because my lower back was hurting so bad and my chiropractor's office closed early for the day. The front desk staff were so professional! So was James, the massage therapist I was assigned to see. HE WAS AMAZING!!! He knew EXACTLY what to focus on! I will DEFINITELY be going back to them soon!
